We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please contact us in one week if an item arrives damaged or seems defective. Provide the order ID number and detailed information regarding the damaged or defective product and we'll be happy to resolve the issue.
Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and require email to us first.
- Original shipping fees and return shipping fees cannot be refunded.
- Items must be in brand new condition, unopened and have their original barcode sticker, original packaging, etc (if applicable) to qualify for a refund.
- Tags must be attached, and sticker seals must be intact or unbroken for applicable items.
- Pens can be returned for a refund only if the ink has not been run through any part of the pen. If a cartridge is included with the pen, the return also must include the unused cartridge. If a pen contains a tip protector, the protector must be intact. Used pens cannot be returned for a refund.
- Pen sets can only be returned for refund only if none of the pens have been used and case shows no visible damage. If the pens contain the tip protector, the tip protectors for all pens must be intact.
- Pencils, including mechanical pencils are eligible for return only if the pencils have not been sharpened (if applicable) and the erasers do not show any usage.
- All returns will be reviewed by our Returns Processing Team to determine if the item is in new, unopened, unused condition.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method once the product is deemed in new condition. At the customer's request, a store credit may instead be given.
- LovelyboxbyTina reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been used, opened, or in question.
Instructions
- If you want to return an item for your order, please e-mail us at Support@lovelyboxbytina.com to let us know what you want to return. If you can let us know why you want to return the items that would be awesome so that we can work on addressing the issues that caused the return.
- We will then respond to you with our return address.
- If you can also include your Order Number in your return shipment that would be awesome too!
- After we received return package from customer and confirm no problem, we will make refund.
Exchanges
- We don’t handle exchanges but would be happy to help you process a return and refund of any new and unopened items. When the refund is processed you may place a new order for an alternative product.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
